A deep-dive analysis of the customer’s business, including survey review, strategic initiatives, and next steps implementation. This includes two collaborative Zoom calls with both consultants providing specific sales and operational recommendations. The customer will receive a minimum of two strategic initiatives for Sales (Front of House), two strategic initiatives for Operations (Back of House), and three overall company-wide resize and tune-up initiatives. (Note: these minimum strategies counts and categories may change based on critical need)
